密集成套型罗茨鼓风机由主机、辅机、电机三部分组成。
MLG系列罗茨鼓风机配套的主机其结构为卧式，叶轮轴线所决定的平面平行于地面，进气口在机壳的上端，主动轴从联轴器端看，按逆时针方向旋转，气体自上端吸入，侧排出.
机壳、墙板:为整体结构，表面布有适当的加强筋，采用灰口铸铁HT250，经过时效处理。
叶轮：材质为QT600-3,经过动静平衡，平衡精度达到G2.5。
齿轮: 齿轮是罗茨鼓风机的*重要零件之一，传动齿轮材质采用20CrMnTi合金钢，经渗碳、淬火、精磨，精度等级达5级，齿面硬度达到HRC58～62。高精度直齿磨达到GB10095-88五极以上,传动平稳,也大幅度降低机械噪音,进出口风口采用独特菱形设计,也有效控制了气体噪音。
轴承:轴承采用SKF品牌，精度为E级。齿轮和齿轮端轴承利用齿轮浸浴用飞溅润滑，驱动端的轴承利用设在副油箱内的甩油盘甩油润滑。选用瑞典SKF轴承
密封: 采用组合密封降低气体泄漏，非接触式密封，寿命无限长。轴头油封氟橡胶，台湾SOG产品。
油箱：主、副油箱材质为灰口铸铁HT250及Q235B，以便于散热。
齿轮：与轴采用键联接，传动可靠、寿命长。
轴：采用40Cr，进行调质处理。
铸件：采用喷丸处理, 刷两遍底漆, 整机喷三遍表漆。
辅机：由滤清器、进出口消声器、止回阀、挠性接头、三通体、安全阀、压力表等组成。
滤清器：滤清器即为气体过滤器，由多层滤网组成, 使进入风机前的气体进行过滤从而保证干净的气体进入鼓风机，过滤等级应符合EN779G4级。
进口消声器：进口消声器采用阻性消声器，主要消除鼓风机进口气流噪声，由外筒、内筒，法兰等件组成，内外筒之间放入离心玻璃棉吸声材料，该装置重量轻，阻力小、消声效果好。
出口消声器：出口消声器主要消除鼓风机出口气流噪声，消声频带宽，效果显著．
低压安全阀：低压安全阀是系统上的一个保险装置，其开启压力可19.6—98.0Kpa之间调节, 当系统工作状况异常，阻力高于额定值时，安全阀开启，将气体从安全阀排出，防止风机和电机过载．如安全阀启动后，长时间不回复闭合，则需要停机，待系统故障排除后，再开机工作．
止回阀：对夹式蝶型止回阀, 是用于防止停机时系统高压气体倒流，使鼓风机转子反转，导致管网失控, 发生故障，同时防止系统灰尘倒流。
挠性接头:KXT(Ⅲ)可曲合成橡胶接头是由橡胶钢骨架压合而成，有良好减震和隔音效果。
