上图为安装好之后的罗茨风机现场图，1、指的是罗茨风机的进口消音器，安装消音器只需用将螺栓进行紧固即可；
2、该处指得是弹性接头，为了保证设备在运行时的安全性，螺栓紧固即可；
3、该处是出口消音器，注意在安装时将法兰处的塑料纸撕掉；
4、该处为三通管，用来连接出口消音器、放空消音器、闸阀；
5、该处为放空消音器，风机在放空时，起到降噪的作用；
6、该处为闸阀，切断罗茨风机与管道的连接；
注意：在4与6之间，安装逆止阀，防止气体回流。1与2之间安装压力表与泄压阀。罗茨风机的整体安装只需通过紧固螺栓即可完成，无其他复杂程序，在安装的时候对于消音器的清洁度及仪表的工作性能需要进行检查，保证各零配件能够有效工作。
